Friday, March 15th Workout

OPTION 1: PLATEFIT & BEST U STUDIO UBARRE

A high intensity interval training workout. We have certified, motivational instructors who will guide you through a high energy, music centric workout. Our signature 27 minute class provides optimal results in half the time of a traditional fitness class. PLATEFIT will strengthen, challenge, and build toned, lean, resilient bodies. Become the best version of yourself.

Best U studio began as a workout studio in West Hollywood in 2015. The original Ubarre came as a physical representation of a weight that would inspire U to move.   With three weight options the Ubarre was developed with movement, design, and travel in mind.
