Orders & Processing

Local Mercato offers standard ground, 2-Day Air, 3 Day Express or overnight shipping options.  All orders over $50 will receive free 3 day express shipping.  Other rush shipping options are available for a fee at checkout.

Local Mercato strives to have your order processed and shipped out to you within 24-48 hours.  Orders received before 1:00PM PST Monday-Friday will normally be processed the same day.  Please check the shipping tracking link in your shipping confirmation email for the latest shipping status, or contact Local Mercato Client Service: clientservice@localmercato.com for assistance.

Exchanges & Returns

At this time, Local Mercato does not process exchanges, however we will accept returns received within 15 business days of your purchase date unless otherwise noted on the product detail page or on the website.  Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and unopened in their original product packaging.  Clients will be credited the value of the item purchased and any tax applied.  The original shipping charge is not refundable (if applicable.)  Food and beverage items and custom orders are final sales.

Returns are simple.  Complete the return form in your package.  Enclose the return form along with the product[s] in all original packaging.  Seal the package securely and affix the return label provided in your order.  Customer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns, select proper shipping and carrier for your return. When the package is received by LM, the returned order will be finalized and your funds will be returned to the original form of payment.

If you would like assistance with your return or have misplaced the return label enclosed in your package, please contact our Client Service team at clientservice@localmercato.com with your order number.  The Client Service team will process your return request and email you a return shipping label.  Once you receive the label, simply print it and ship the items back.  When the package is received, the returned order will be finalized and your funds will be returned ot the original form of payment.
